On May 13, 2026, the Greater Bay Area Fastener Industry Development and Presidents’ Exchange & Networking Conference, themed “Presidents’ Gathering: Uniting Forces to Move Forward,” was successfully held. Presidents of fastener industry associations from across the Greater Bay Area, along with leading industry representatives, convened at Yingxing’s Shaoguan Intelligent Manufacturing Plant for on-site visits, in-depth discussions, and collaborative exchanges, jointly exploring pathways for high-quality development of the region’s fastener sector.

Surface coating and lubrication treatments are core upstream processes in fastener manufacturing, directly impacting product quality and production efficiency. The attendance of this association‑level exchange event at Yingxing represents the industry’s high recognition and strong encouragement of Yingxing’s deep commitment to the fastener value chain, as well as its steadfast dedication to technological innovation and sustainable development.

Since its establishment in 1998, Yingxing has been deeply engaged in the fastener industry chain, leveraging technology to drive industry advancement and delivering services that empower customers. Addressing key industry challenges—high pollution, high energy consumption, significant die wear, and elevated costs—the company has successfully developed environmentally friendly, high‑efficiency products, including phosphate‑free conversion coatings, polymer‑based lubricants, and medium‑temperature, low‑slag phosphating solutions. These are used for surface treatment prior to wire drawing in fastener production, helping enterprises reduce costs, boost efficiency, and achieve a green transformation. Supported by its Shaoguan smart manufacturing base, a nationwide service network, and more than 50 core patents, Yingxing continues to provide customized solutions to fastener manufacturers, fostering technological upgrades and collaborative ecosystem development across the sector.

During the fact-finding and exchange visit, the association’s leadership highly commended Yingxing’s corporate culture, technological prowess, environmental‑friendly philosophy, and the value it brings to the industry chain. The leaders noted that Yingxing has precisely addressed the three major pain points of the sector—environmental compliance, operational efficiency, and cost control—making it an indispensable and pivotal supporting player in the fastener industry. Moreover, Yingxing’s initiatives in green and intelligent manufacturing have set a valuable, replicable, and widely applicable benchmark for the entire industry’s transformation and upgrading.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the organizer of this event, Guangdong Shengquan Fasteners Co., Ltd., the chair unit of the Dongguan Fasteners Industry Association, for its meticulous organization and thorough planning. We look forward to continuing our collaboration in the future to jointly create even more exciting achievements.

Uniting forces and advancing together to drive continuous upgrades. Looking ahead, Yingxing will remain firmly rooted in the industrial chain, deepening its expertise in surface‑treatment technologies for fastener wire materials. By consistently delivering innovative products and professional services, we will empower the fastener industry and, in close collaboration with our peers, usher in a new era of high‑quality industrial development.
