Intelligent Innovation for the Future, Digital-Driven Progress | Yingxing Company’s Digital Transformation Kickoff Conference Concludes Successfully

On July 1, 2026, Yingxing Company held a grand launch ceremony for its digitalization project at its Shaoguan plant. The event marks a solid step forward in Yingxing’s digital transformation journey and injects new momentum into the company’s efforts to further enhance management efficiency, boost production productivity, and lay a robust foundation for high-quality development, while enabling more precise quality control.

Building consensus and sounding the call for digital transformation.

The kick-off meeting was attended by company leadership, project team members, and partner Dingjie Intelligent Manufacturing. Company General Manager Shi Hongmei delivered a speech to launch the project. She stated that digital transformation is a crucial step for enterprises to keep pace with the times and enhance their core competitiveness. She expressed hope that, taking this project as an opportunity, the company will further consolidate its data and expertise, advance refined management, improve product quality and service capabilities, and better reciprocate the trust of its customers.

At the meeting, Yao Zhaokun, Assistant to the General Manager and Project Manager, announced the digitalization project’s organizational structure, division of responsibilities, and incentive mechanisms. He also outlined the project’s implementation framework, phased objectives, and collaborative duties, laying a solid foundation for the orderly execution of subsequent work. Meanwhile, the Dingjie project team provided a detailed presentation on team staffing, the implementation plan, and the approach to driving progress, proposing a systematic, phased, and actionable implementation strategy tailored to Yingxing’s specific business needs.

Joining hands to co-create a new digital future.

In his address, Chen Shuguang, General Manager of Guangzhou Dingjie, stated that digital and intelligent transformation is an indispensable path for corporate development. The project, launched on July 1, underscores both parties’ unwavering commitment to driving new change from a fresh starting point. Dingjie will remain customer‑value‑oriented, strengthen collaboration, and solidify its foundations to ensure the project’s smooth progress and tangible results.

In his address, Chairman Chen emphasized that the fundamental purpose of digital transformation can be summed up in four words: “worthy of trust.” When customers place orders with us, they are placing their trust in Yingxing; by equipping ourselves with digital capabilities, we strive to live up to that trust.

Chairman Chen emphasized that the company’s strategic upgrade hinges on two key pillars: first, driving R&D and technological innovation to leverage superior products as our competitive edge; second, strengthening digital governance to ensure end-to-end transparency and full‑chain traceability throughout the production process—this is our ultimate safeguard. We must pursue both technology and digitalization with equal vigor, leaving no stone unturned. This dual‑pronged approach is not only our strategic choice for the future but also the fundamental foundation for earning and sustaining our customers’ long-term trust.

Solemnly sworn, mission will be accomplished.

Finally, all project members rose to solemnly swear: “We will resolutely implement the project team’s resolutions, tenaciously advance the implementation plan, and wholeheartedly support the company’s digitalization initiatives, striving to ensure that the digitalization project is launched on time and to the highest quality standards!” ” A resounding pledge that underscores the Yingxing team’s determination and confidence in overcoming challenges.

Empowering customers with the power of digital technology, in return for their trust.

For the past 28 years, Yingxing has remained committed to the field of cold‑plastic‑deformation surface treatment, earning customer trust through technological innovation and superior product quality. This digitalization project… The launch of this initiative marks Yingxing’s strategic leap toward a future driven by digital intelligence, signaling the company’s official entry into a new era of “digital‑intelligence‑powered” operations. With production data readily accessible in real time, quality traceability pinpointed down to each batch, and delivery cycles brought under tighter control, the benefits extend beyond internal operational efficiency—they reach every customer who chooses Yingxing.

A new beginning, a new journey. Yinxing will take this digitalization project as an opportunity to continuously leverage digital technologies to drive management transformation, harness information technology to upgrade its business, and, with superior products, enhanced services, and stronger delivery capabilities, repay the trust and expectations of every customer.
