The meeting kicked off in a professional and enthusiastic atmosphere. Both sides, closely focusing on the theme of “green collaborative development,” engaged in in-depth discussions and exchanges on key issues such as cutting-edge trends in industry’s green development, guidance from environmental protection policies, applications of green products, and collaborative innovation across the upstream and downstream segments of the industrial chain.
The Yingxing team provided a detailed introduction to the application results and practical experience of green products such as a new phosphorus-free conversion coating agent, a medium-temperature, low-sludge phosphating solution, and a polymer-based lubricant. Meanwhile, the Zhongnan Iron & Steel team, starting from the material source, shared insights into the application of high-quality long-products made from premium steels, the advantages of customizable production, and the trends toward greener and more efficient material development. Both sides unanimously agreed that, guided by the “dual-carbon” goals, breaking down barriers across the industrial chain and achieving green collaboration—from the materials end all the way to the application end—is an inevitable choice for building sustainable competitiveness.

According to the steel industry PMI survey and release by the Specialized Committee on Steel Logistics of the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing, the index for November 2025 stood at 48%, down 1.2 percentage points from the previous month, indicating a slight slowdown in industry operations. The changes in individual sub-indices show that steel demand has slightly rebounded, while steel mill production has slowed somewhat, inventory levels have begun to decline, raw material prices remain high, and steel prices have experienced minor fluctuations. Overall, the industry’s off-season characteristics are gradually becoming more apparent. It is expected that in December, steel demand will likely remain stable with a downward trend, steel mill production will contract moderately, raw material prices will ease from their high levels, and steel prices will stabilize amid fluctuating movements.
