Head of Steel Wire Surface Treatment Technology Department (Steel Wire/Hard Wire Focus)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Perform customer maintenance according to the customer follow-up plan and provide professional technical support and services.
2. Gain an in-depth understanding of customers’ usage and process challenges related to surface treatment steps such as phosphating and lubrication in wire-drawing production, and provide targeted technical guidance and solutions.
3. Understand the operational conditions of the customer’s production line on-site, provide technical debugging and guidance on tank liquid management, and conduct systematic technical training for the customer’s on-site operators to enable them to perform operations independently and in compliance with standards.
4. Promptly conduct root cause analysis and develop and implement corrective action plans for unexpected surface treatment issues during customer production (such as poor phosphating films, wire breakage during drawing, insufficient lubrication, etc.), and continuously monitor subsequent usage conditions until the issue is fully resolved.
5. Assist in or independently build a technical team for wire surface treatment.
