In-sales service
On-site job shadowing:During the sales phase, for the first slotting operation, we will provide full-process tracking and monitoring of the chemical formulation.
Precise dose calculation:Accurately calculate the consumption of chemicals and compile usage costs.
Provide internal training to help the customer team enhance their skills:On-site tracking services include training for customer production personnel on data monitoring and methods for adding chemicals, as well as providing operation manuals with standardized procedures.
After-sales service
Regular follow-up service:Adhere to a regional, dedicated-person responsibility system, providing at least two routine services per month and conducting regular follow-up visits to listen to customers’ feedback on product usage.
Anomalies must be responded to and tracked until the issue is resolved:In case of any abnormalities, promptly dispatch personnel to your location for on-site handling and continue monitoring until the issue is resolved.
