(Reported by Yingxing Company) From October 29 to 31, the highly anticipated annual conference of China’s Metal Products Network Industry was successfully held in Qingdao. This year’s conference brought together numerous industry experts and representatives from leading enterprises to discuss new trends in industry development.

As a pioneer in providing comprehensive solutions for cold plastic forming, Yingxing Company was invited to attend the conference. Mr. Chen Jiangqing, Chairman of the company, delivered a special presentation titled “Innovative Applications of Phosphate-Free Coating Agents in Wire Drawing and Deformation” as a representative of a technology-leading enterprise. The presentation, grounded in cutting-edge technology and featuring forward-looking insights, drew extensive attention and sparked in-depth discussions among the attendees.

Facing the industry’s pain points, a green transition is imperative.

As global environmental regulations become increasingly stringent and downstream industries continue to raise their demands for product quality, the phosphating process—widely used in traditional wire-drawing operations—is revealing its inherent drawbacks, including heavy-metal contamination, a cumbersome process flow, and high energy consumption. The industry is urgently calling for an innovative solution that not only meets stringent environmental requirements but also surpasses existing methods in terms of performance and efficiency.

Yingxing breaks the deadlock through innovation, and its phosphorus-free coating agent showcases outstanding value.

Faced with these industry-wide challenges, Yingxing Company, leveraging its deep-rooted technological expertise, has successfully developed a groundbreaking third-generation phosphate-free coating agent. In his report, CEO Chen elaborated in detail that this product is not merely a simple replacement of materials—it represents a true innovation in processing technology.

Director Chen shared that, after being validated through large-scale production practices with numerous customers, the application of Yingxing’s new phosphorus-free film-forming agent can deliver three significant benefits compared to similar film-forming products available on the market:

1. Significantly improved production efficiency: The drawing speed has increased by approximately 40%, greatly boosting production capacity.

2. Effectively reduced production costs: Mold wear was reduced by as much as 66.7%, extending mold life and saving maintenance expenses.

3. Significant improvement in product quality: The rust-prevention cycle of the steel wire after drawing has been extended by 100%, enhancing the product’s corrosion resistance and market competitiveness.

The on-site response was enthusiastic, and participants discussed a green future together.

The sharing session resonated deeply with the attending delegates. During the Q&A session, numerous corporate representatives and technical experts engaged in an in-depth exchange on the practical application details, compatibility processes, and environmental benefits of phosphate-free conversion coatings, creating a lively and dynamic atmosphere at the event. After the session, many attendees proactively reached out, expressing their interest in collaboration and believing that this technology offers a viable and practical pathway for the industry’s green transformation.

Chairman Chen stated that the company will continue to drive technological innovation, further expand application scenarios, empower more enterprises to achieve green and efficient production, and help the industry move toward a new stage of high-end and green development.
