Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop new customers (targeting customers in the stainless steel processing industry);
2. Meet the sales targets as required by the company.

Job requirements:

Technical Engineer (Stainless Steel Surface Treatment) (8k-20k)
Main job responsibilities:
1. Perform customer maintenance according to the customer follow-up plan and provide professional technical support.
2. Understand customers’ product usage and process dynamics in the stainless steel surface treatment stage, and provide on-site technical services.
3. Understand the on-site operating conditions of the customer, perform technical parameter adjustments and process optimization, and provide technical training to the customer’s on-site personnel so that they can operate and use the equipment independently.
4. Promptly analyze the causes of unexpected surface treatment issues during customer production (such as white rust, corrosion, uneven discoloration, pitting corrosion, etc.), provide professional solutions, and follow up on subsequent usage conditions until the issue is resolved.
5. Assist in or independently build a stainless steel technology team.
Job Qualifications:
1. Associate degree or above; preference given to candidates with majors in materials science, chemical engineering, or related fields.
2. More than three years of work experience in related fields such as stainless steel surface treatment and acid pickling passivation;

Customer Service Specialist (5-8k)
Main job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for daily report organization, document and material management, and filing within the department;
2. Responsible for receiving customer orders and promptly and accurately coordinating with the warehouse and customers.
3. Receive feedback on issues arising from customer logistics and transportation, and follow up with the carrier to ensure timely resolution.
4. Assist the departments you serve in daily and weekly meetings, and take responsibility for the execution and effectiveness of these meetings.
