This exchange and sharing session was held solemnly at Yingxing University Hall, where participants came together to explore the path toward building “family-happy enterprises,” share wisdom, and jointly plan for future development.

At 9:30 a.m., the meeting kicked off in a warm and solemn atmosphere. This exchange and sharing session was hosted by senior mentor Dongju, a growth advisor from Runze Garden. Her calm and poised hosting style quickly helped everyone present get into the right mindset.

At the outset of the event, Ms. Hongmei Shi from Yingxing Company delivered a warm and enthusiastic speech, extending a hearty welcome and sincere gratitude to the teachers from Runze Garden and to all our senior entrepreneur mentors! Ms. Shi reviewed the company’s journey in building a family-focused enterprise, shared inspiring stories of how our partners have grown and transformed through learning, and elaborated on the company’s core values—such as family culture, sincerity, and happiness. She also emphasized the critical importance of integrating family happiness with business operations: after all, happiness is productivity. Ms. Shi expressed her hope that each learning and exchange opportunity would enable us to draw upon more timeless wisdom and empower our company to achieve high-quality, rapid growth in the future.
