Moving Forward Together, Embarking on a New Journey—Yingxing Company’s 2025 Semiannual Meeting


During the recently concluded three-day semiannual meeting of Yingxing Company, a deep dive into and practical exploration of “customer value” ran throughout the entire event. From strategic deliberations to honors and recognition, from capability building to talent promotion—“customer-centricity” served as a clear guiding thread, weaving together every agenda item and clearly outlining the company’s firm course for future development.

From strategic deliberations to recognition ceremonies, from capability-building to talent promotion—“customer-centricity” served as a clear, guiding thread that wove together every agenda item, clearly outlining the company’s firm course for future development.

 


On the first day of the meeting, each department simulated and meticulously prepared strategy plans for the second half of the year. Through vigorous exchange of ideas, they developed effective mechanisms and processes, gaining valuable insights that will enable them to better serve every client. This brainstorming session has deeply embedded the customer perspective into the decision-making mindset of every manager at Yingxing.


 

 

In her speech, General Manager Ms. Shi made it clear: “Customer trust and satisfaction are the sole reason for Yingxing’s existence—and even more so, they serve as the fundamental driving force behind our sustained development.” She urged all team members to treat customers’ voices as the primary signal in their work and to view addressing customers’ challenges as the starting point for innovation.

Regarding the company’s future talent strategy and the building of family happiness, General Shi clearly outlined specific paths for growth and fulfillment to our partners—illuminating the journey of growth with the wisdom of the heart and safeguarding family happiness with sincerity!

 


The chairman’s inspiring address was brimming with strength. Enhancing employee happiness and satisfaction brings warmth to our services: The release of the second-quarter employee happiness survey results and the accompanying action plan for improvements sends a clear message—employees’ physical and mental well-being, as well as their job satisfaction, are the cornerstone of building a family-oriented, happy enterprise and the fundamental basis for providing even more thoughtful and attentive customer service.

 

The glorious moment of the conference belongs to those hardworking individuals who have contributed their wisdom and strength to the company’s development! The subsequent promotion and personnel appointment process not only serves as recognition of individual capabilities but also represents a crucial strategic move for Yingxing to strengthen its core team dedicated to customer service. The in-depth application training tailored to customers’ various materials and processes became the highlight of the conference. Technical experts focused on the practical issues and challenges that customers encounter in their production practices, providing thorough explanations and sharing cutting-edge applications. This training aims to empower frontline colleagues, making them strong partners in helping customers upgrade their production processes and solve on-site challenges, thereby effectively enhancing product quality stability and production efficiency.

 

The three-day conference concluded with a deep consensus and firm commitment centered on “customer-centricity.” All members of Yingxing will take this conference as a new starting point, embedding the service philosophy—“Only when my clients achieve results does my work truly have value!”—deeply into our very being and turning it into concrete actions. On the morning of December 8, the unveiling ceremony for the R&D Center jointly established by Hunan University and Yingxing Metal Surface Treatment Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yingxing Company”) was solemnly held at Yingxing Company’s headquarters. Relying on the universities’ strengths in scientific research talent and the company’s industrial resources, both parties are committed to cultivating high-quality young talents and ushering in a new chapter of deep integration among scientific research, teaching, and talent development. Attending the event were Professor Luo Shenglian and Dean Duan Hui Gao from Hunan University, Chairman Chen Jiangqing and General Manager Shi Hongmei from Yingxing Company, as well as numerous specially invited guests.


[Industry Analysis] The November steel PMI came in at 48%: Industry operations have slowed somewhat, and the characteristics of the off-season are gradually becoming more apparent.

According to the steel industry PMI survey and release by the Specialized Committee on Steel Logistics of the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing, the index for November 2025 stood at 48%, down 1.2 percentage points from the previous month, indicating a slight slowdown in industry operations. The changes in individual sub-indices show that steel demand has slightly rebounded, while steel mill production has slowed somewhat, inventory levels have begun to decline, raw material prices remain high, and steel prices have experienced minor fluctuations. Overall, the industry’s off-season characteristics are gradually becoming more apparent. It is expected that in December, steel demand will likely remain stable with a downward trend, steel mill production will contract moderately, raw material prices will ease from their high levels, and steel prices will stabilize amid fluctuating movements.
