Process introduction
1、Overview of phosphating
Phosphating belongs to the pretreatment process of metal surface. Yingxing's phosphating products focus on the field of cold plastic deformation processing.
First of all, the metal enters the phosphoric acid tank after a series of processes of acid pickling and water washing. In the phosphoric acid tank, the surface of the metal reacts with phosphate to form a phosphating film which is insoluble or insoluble in water. Then through the subsequent saponification reaction, a protective film with good ductility and lubricity is formed on the metal surface.
The main function of phosphating film is to improve the cold plastic deformation processing ability of the material, so that it can effectively carry out subsequent drawing and cold heading forming, and produce qualified metal products such as fasteners, auto parts, strong shrinkage parts and standard parts.

Pickling → pickling → pickling → washing with high pressure water → washing → washing → activation → phosphating → washing → saponification
3. Process characteristics
3.1 quantify various parameters in the process, including pH value and conductivity of water, iron ion and concentration of hydrochloric acid, total acidity and free acidity of phosphating tank, temperature and accelerator, alkalinity, temperature, sugar content and oil content of saponification tank.
