Product overview
The product code is yx-505 series environmental cleaning agent, which is used for cleaning reaction. The purpose is to clean the oxide scale, rust and impurities on the surface of wire rod. After cleaning, the surface of wire rod is smooth and uniform, without corrosion, residual oxide scale and rust. The cleaning agent can achieve the effect of multiple recycling, greatly reduce the cost of waste liquid treatment, and help customers save a large amount of waste liquid treatment cost. This series of products have yx-505, yx-506, yx-507, respectively.
Product features
(1) The cleaning agent does not contain hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and nitric acid, and does not produce waste gas and acid mist during the cleaning process.
(2) The cleaning agent can be used at room temperature ~ 60 ℃, with long cleaning life and large amount of cleaning products.
(3) If the ferrous ion deposition reaches 120-150g / L in the cleaning process, the cleaning effect will decrease. It is necessary to add appropriate yx-507 purifying agent to precipitate ferrous ion, and then add appropriate amount of yx-506 replenishing agent. The cleaning agent can restore the initial effect and continue to use.

Process introduction
1、Overview of phosphating
Phosphating belongs to the pretreatment process of metal surface. Yingxing's phosphating products focus on the field of cold plastic deformation processing.
First of all, the metal enters the phosphoric acid tank after a series of processes of acid pickling and water washing. In the phosphoric acid tank, the surface of the metal reacts with phosphate to form a phosphating film which is insoluble or insoluble in water. Then through the subsequent saponification reaction, a protective film with good ductility and lubricity is formed on the metal surface.
The main function of phosphating film is to improve the cold plastic deformation processing ability of the material, so that it can effectively carry out subsequent drawing and cold heading forming, and produce qualified metal products such as fasteners, auto parts, strong shrinkage parts and standard parts.

3. Process characteristics
