Scope:
- Cold headingsteel (low and medium carbon steel), alloy steel.
Instructions for Use:
- Heat water to 67-73°C, add YX-769# bath builder, and stir thoroughly;
- Test data: Total acidity controlled at 35-45 PT, free acidity controlled at 5-7 PT;
- Phosphating time controlled at 5-15 minutes (as per process requirements);
- Consumption replenishment using YX-768#
