Acid-free phosphating solution (YX-528#)
Suitable for cold drawing of medium- and low-carbon steels, alloy steels, tool steels, and the like. Also suitable for physical rust removal methods such as shot blasting and derusting by peeling, particularly in situations where hydrochloric acid cleaning is not feasible. The bath solution exhibits strong penetration and excellent film adhesion, with a consumption rate 25% lower than that of conventional solutions.

Scope of use:
- Cold drawing of medium- and low-carbon steel, alloy steel, tool steel, and the like.
How to use:
- Heat the water to 75–85°C, add YX-529# bath-building agent, and stir thoroughly. Then, add the accelerator at a concentration of 0.1%, and stir again until well mixed.
- Test data: Total acidity should be controlled within 50–70 PT, and free acidity should be controlled within 9–12 PT.
- The phosphating time should be controlled within 8 to 15 minutes (depending on process requirements).
- Use YX-528# for consumption and addition.
