Zinc-Calcium Phosphating Solution (YX-758#)
Suitable for cold drawing and upsetting of medium- and low-carbon steels, alloy steels, tool steels, and the like. The phosphating film is exceptionally fine and exhibits excellent adhesion; it has a dark appearance and boasts excellent high-temperature resistance; the bath solution demonstrates outstanding resistance to contamination.

Scope of use:
- Cold drawing and upsetting of medium- and low-carbon steel, alloy steel, tool steel, and the like.
How to use:
- Heat the water to 73–83°C, add YX-759# bath-building agent, and stir thoroughly. Then, add the accelerator at a concentration of 0.1%, and stir again until well mixed.
- Test data: Total acidity controlled within 65–75 PT, and free acidity controlled within 9–12 PT.
- The phosphating time is controlled within 5 to 15 minutes (depending on process requirements).
- Use YX-758# for consumption and addition.
