Low-Residue Phosphating Solution (YX-715#)
Suitable for cold drawing and cold heading of medium- and low-carbon steels, alloy steels, tool steels, and more. The amount of sludge generated is 50% lower than that of conventional products; mold wear during subsequent drawing and cold heading operations is reduced by more than 50%. It efficiently meets the cold-heading forming requirements for aerospace components, automotive parts, high-strength shrink-fit components, and non-standard parts.

Scope of use:
- Cold drawing and cold heading of medium- and low-carbon steel, alloy steel, tool steel, and the like.
How to use:
- Heat the water to 75–85°C, add YX-716# bath-building agent, and stir thoroughly. Then, add the accelerator at a concentration of 0.1%, and stir again until well mixed.
- Test data: Total acidity should be controlled within 40–50 PT, and free acidity should be controlled within 6–8 PT.
- The phosphating time should be controlled within 5 to 15 minutes (depending on process requirements).
- Use YX-715# for consumption and addition.
