Suitable for cold-heading steel (low- and medium-carbon steel) and tool steel, it features extremely high lubricity, low consumption, and minimal powder carryover; its service life allows for wash-line volumes of up to 30,000 tons.

Scope of use:
- Cold-heading steel (low- and medium-carbon steel), tool steel
How to use:
- Heat the water to 78–85°C and add the high-fat lubricant YX-828#.
- After maintaining the working temperature and stirring until completely dissolved, production can begin.
- Tank liquid data control: pH 8–10, oil content 1.5–2.5 PT;
- Use YX-828# for consumption and addition.
