Conventional Lubricant (YX-801#)
Used in conjunction with a film-forming agent, it is applied during the saponification reaction as a pretreatment for cold plastic deformation of steel materials. The lubricant reacts with the phosphating film to form a saponified layer with excellent ductility, significantly enhancing the subsequent drawing and cold heading performance of wire rods.

- High alkalinity, resistant to pollution, and suitable for use under poor water-washing conditions.
Scope of use:
- Cold-heading steel (low- and medium-carbon steel), tool steel
How to use:
- Heat the water to 75–85°C and add lubricant YX-801#.
- After maintaining the working temperature and stirring until completely dissolved, production can begin.
- Tank liquid data control: pH 8–10, oil content 1.5–2.5 PT;
- Use YX-801# for consumption and addition.
