Scope of use:
- Phosphating treatment for pipes, wires, and bars.
How to use:
- Heat the water to 75–85°C, add YX-638# bath-building agent, stir thoroughly, then add the accelerator at a concentration of 0.1%, and stir again until well mixed.
- Test data: Total acidity should be controlled within 40–50 PT, and free acidity should be controlled within 6.5–8.5 PT.
- The phosphating time should be controlled within 5 to 15 minutes (depending on process requirements).
- Use YX-628# for consumption and addition.
