Steel Wire Phosphating Solution (YXS-699#)
Suitable for manual phosphating treatment prior to wire drawing; the bath solution features stable parameters, simple operation, and easy implementation of standardized procedures. The phosphating film exhibits strong adhesion, effectively protecting the wire from scratches during continuous drawing and reducing die wear at the same time.
Environmentally friendly and energy-efficient, with sludge generation reduced by more than 50% compared to conventional products. The sludge is less likely to adhere to the heating tubes, making it easy to clean and thereby saving energy consumption for heating.

Scope of use:
- Phosphating drawing of high-carbon steel materials.
How to use:
- Heat the water to 70–80°C, add YXS. 698# bath-building agent, and stir thoroughly. Then, add the accelerator at a concentration of 0.1%, and stir again until well mixed.
- Test data: Total acidity should be controlled within 70–80 PT, and free acidity should be controlled within 9–13 PT.
- The phosphating time should be controlled within 3 to 6 minutes (depending on process requirements).
- Consume with YXS-699#.
