Suitable for phosphating of pipes, wires, and bars. The phosphating data is exceptionally stable, with a consumption rate 40% lower than that of conventional products; it efficiently supports the automated continuous production of cold-heading steel.

Scope of use:
- Phosphating treatment for pipes, wires, and bars.
How to use:
- Heat the water to 75–85°C, add YX-706# bath-building agent, and stir thoroughly. Then, add the accelerator at a concentration of 0.1%, and stir again until well mixed.
- Test data: Total acidity should be controlled within 40–50 PT, and free acidity should be controlled within 6–8 PT.
- The phosphating time should be controlled within 5 to 15 minutes (depending on process requirements).
- Use YX-705# for consumption and addition.
