Low-residue phosphating solution (YX-658#)
Use cold-heading steel (low-, medium-, and alloy-grade steel) and tool steel. The amount of sludge generated is more than 30% lower than that of conventional products.

Scope of use:
- Cold-heading steel (low-, medium-, and alloy-grade steels), tool steel.
How to use:
- Heat the water to 75–85℃, add YX-668# bath additive, and stir thoroughly. Then, add the accelerator at a concentration of 0.1%, and stir again until well mixed.
- Test data: Total acidity should be controlled within 40-50 PT, and free acidity should be controlled within 6-8 PT.
- The phosphating time should be controlled within 5 to 15 minutes (depending on process requirements).
- Use YX-658# for consumption and addition.
