Suitable for electrolytic production lines handling medium-, low-, and high-carbon steels, this process operates at low temperatures and with low current. It does not require accelerators and produces no phosphating sludge.

Scope of use:
- Medium-, low-, and high-carbon steels, etc.
How to use:
- Heat the water to 25–45°C, add YX-702# bath additive, and stir thoroughly.
- Test data: Total acidity should be controlled within 100–120 PT, and free acidity should be controlled within 8–12 PT.
- The electrolysis time is controlled within 4-7 seconds (depending on process requirements);
- Use YX-701# for consumption and addition.
