Low-Residue Phosphating Solution (YX-718#)
Suitable for cold drawing and upsetting of medium- and low-carbon steels, alloy steels, tool steels, and the like. The amount of sludge generated is 40% lower than that of conventional products; phosphating performance is highly stable and exhibits excellent resistance to contamination; it efficiently supports automated, continuous production of cold-forged steel parts.

Scope of use:
- Cold drawing and cold heading of medium- and low-carbon steel, alloy steel, tool steel, and the like.
How to use:
- Heat the water to 75–85°C, add YX-719# bath-building agent, and stir thoroughly. Then, add the accelerator at a concentration of 0.1%, and stir again until well mixed.
- Test data: Total acidity should be controlled within 40–50 PT, and free acidity should be controlled within 6–8 PT.
- The phosphating time is controlled at 5.15 minutes (subject to process requirements);
- Use YX-718# for consumption and addition.
