Nickel-free phosphating solution (YX-518#)
Suitable for cold drawing and upsetting of medium- and low-carbon steels, alloy steels, tool steels, and the like. It is a colorless liquid that contains no heavy metal ions such as nickel or copper; it is simple and efficient to treat in subsequent wastewater treatment processes, meeting stringent environmental protection requirements.

Scope of use:
- Cold drawing and cold heading of medium- and low-carbon steel, alloy steel, tool steel, and the like.
How to use:
- Heat the water to 75–85°C, add YX-508# bath-building agent, stir thoroughly, and then add at a rate of 0.1%. Accelerator, stir well;
- Test data: Total acidity should be controlled within 40–50 PT, and free acidity should be controlled within 6–8 PT.
- The phosphating time should be controlled within 5 to 15 minutes (depending on the process requirements).
- Consumption add-on YX-518#.
