Scope of use:
- Phosphating and drawing of high-carbon steel materials.
How to use:
- Heat the water to 70–75°C, add YXZ-698# bath-building agent, and stir thoroughly. Then, add the accelerator at a concentration of 0.1%, and stir again until well mixed.
- Test data: Total acidity should be controlled within 65–75 PT, and free acidity should be controlled within 8–12 PT.
- The phosphating time should be controlled within 3-5 minutes (depending on process requirements).
- Use YXZ-699# for consumption and addition.
