Steel Wire Phosphating Solution (YXL-699#)
Suitable for phosphating treatment of wire rod prior to wire drawing; the bath solution exhibits stable performance, is simple to operate, and facilitates standardized operations; the phosphating film boasts strong adhesion, effectively protecting the wire from scratches during continuous drawing and reducing die wear;
Environmentally friendly and energy-efficient, with sludge generation reduced by more than 50% compared to conventional products; the sludge is less likely to adhere to heating tubes, making it easy to clean and thereby saving energy consumption for heating.

Features:
- Suitable for furnace-line phosphating treatment prior to wire drawing;
- The bath solution data is stable, the operation is simple, and it’s easy to implement standardized operations.
- The phosphating film has strong adhesion and effectively protects the wire from scratches during continuous drawing. At the same time, reduce mold wear;
- Environmentally friendly and energy-efficient, with sludge accumulation reduced by more than 50% compared to conventional products.
- The sediment is not easily adhered to the heating tubes, making it easy to clean and saving energy consumption for heating.
Scope of use:
- Phosphating and drawing of high-carbon steel materials.
How to use:
- Heat the water to 73–78°C, add YXL-698# bath-building agent, and stir thoroughly. Then, add the accelerator at a concentration of 0.1%, and stir again until well mixed.
- Test data: Total acidity should be controlled within 100–130 PT, and free acidity should be controlled within 12–20 PT.
- The DV value is controlled within the range of 50–65 (depending on process requirements);
- Use YXL-699# for consumption and addition.
