Suitable for cold drawing of medium- and low-carbon steels, alloy steels, tool steels, and the like. The bath solution exhibits strong penetration and excellent film adhesion, with a consumption rate 25% lower than that of conventional solutions.

Low-residue phosphating solution (YX-658#)


Use cold-heading steel (low-, medium-, and alloy-grade steel) and tool steel. The amount of sludge generated is more than 30% lower than that of conventional products.

Low-Residue Phosphating Solution (YX-718#)


Suitable for cold drawing and upsetting of medium- and low-carbon steels, alloy steels, tool steels, and the like. The amount of sludge generated is 40% lower than that of conventional products; phosphating performance is highly stable and exhibits excellent resistance to contamination; it efficiently supports automated, continuous production of cold-forged steel parts.

Suitable for cold drawing and cold heading of medium- and low-carbon steels, alloy steels, tool steels, and more. The amount of sludge generated is 50% lower than that of conventional products; mold wear during subsequent drawing and cold heading operations is reduced by more than 50%. It efficiently meets the cold-heading forming requirements for aerospace components, automotive parts, high-strength shrink-fit components, and non-standard parts.
