Electrolytic Phosphating Solution (YX-701#)


Suitable for electrolytic production lines handling medium-, low-, and high-carbon steels, this process operates at low temperatures and with low current. It does not require accelerators and produces no phosphating sludge.

Low-Residue Phosphating Solution (YX-718#)


Suitable for cold drawing and upsetting of medium- and low-carbon steels, alloy steels, tool steels, and the like. The amount of sludge generated is 40% lower than that of conventional products; phosphating performance is highly stable and exhibits excellent resistance to contamination; it efficiently supports automated, continuous production of cold-forged steel parts.

Low-Residue Phosphating Solution (YX-715#)


Suitable for cold drawing and cold heading of medium- and low-carbon steels, alloy steels, tool steels, and more. The amount of sludge generated is 50% lower than that of conventional products; mold wear during subsequent drawing and cold heading operations is reduced by more than 50%. It efficiently meets the cold-heading forming requirements for aerospace components, automotive parts, high-strength shrink-fit components, and non-standard parts.

Zinc-Calcium Phosphating Solution (YX-758#)


Suitable for cold drawing and upsetting of medium- and low-carbon steels, alloy steels, tool steels, and the like. The phosphating film is exceptionally fine and exhibits excellent adhesion; it has a dark appearance and boasts excellent high-temperature resistance; the bath solution demonstrates outstanding resistance to contamination.
