Conventional Phosphating Solution (YX-628#)
Generally applicable for surface phosphating treatment of cold-drawn wire and tubing.
Steel Wire Phosphating Solution (YXS-699#)
Suitable for manual phosphating treatment prior to wire drawing; the bath solution features stable parameters, simple operation, and easy implementation of standardized procedures. The phosphating film exhibits strong adhesion, effectively protecting the wire from scratches during continuous drawing and reducing die wear at the same time. Environmentally friendly and energy-efficient, with sludge generation reduced by more than 50% compared to conventional products. The sludge is less likely to adhere to the heating tubes, making it easy to clean and thereby saving energy consumption for heating.
Low-residue phosphating solution (YX-658#)
Use cold-heading steel (low-, medium-, and alloy-grade steel) and tool steel. The amount of sludge generated is more than 30% lower than that of conventional products.
Low-consumption phosphating solution (YX-705#)
Suitable for phosphating of pipes, wires, and bars. The phosphating data is exceptionally stable, with a consumption rate 40% lower than that of conventional products; it efficiently supports the automated continuous production of cold-heading steel.

Suitable for cold drawing and upsetting of medium- and low-carbon steels, alloy steels, tool steels, and the like. The amount of sludge generated is 40% lower than that of conventional products; phosphating performance is highly stable and exhibits excellent resistance to contamination; it efficiently supports automated, continuous production of cold-forged steel parts.
Low-Residue Phosphating Solution (YX-715#)
Suitable for cold drawing and cold heading of medium- and low-carbon steels, alloy steels, tool steels, and more. The amount of sludge generated is 50% lower than that of conventional products; mold wear during subsequent drawing and cold heading operations is reduced by more than 50%. It efficiently meets the cold-heading forming requirements for aerospace components, automotive parts, high-strength shrink-fit components, and non-standard parts.
Zinc-Calcium Phosphating Solution (YX-758#)
Suitable for cold drawing and upsetting of medium- and low-carbon steels, alloy steels, tool steels, and the like. The phosphating film is exceptionally fine and exhibits excellent adhesion; it has a dark appearance and boasts excellent high-temperature resistance; the bath solution demonstrates outstanding resistance to contamination.
